Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find the Makers that are in my town/city?

Check out the regions that we currently have Makers in on the Shop by Location page.

Can anyone shop on CraftCentro?

At this time, only those with a Saskatchewan mailing address are able to purchase from CraftCentro.  We expect to add options for out-of-province shoppers in the future, but have no timeline for that yet.

What kind of products can be sold on CraftCentro?

Products must be physically made and/or designed by a Saskatchewan-based maker or small business.

Products may be completely unique and one-of-a-kind creations, (eg. artwork), display models that can be customized and made-to-order (eg. signs with personalized messages) or products that are replicated and produced continuously (eg. bath products).

Who can sell on CraftCentro?

Sellers must be makers and/or designers from Saskatchewan. Sellers representing and/or reselling handmade products made outside of Saskatchewan will not be allowed.

I'm a maker that already has a website. Can I still be on CraftCentro?

No problem! CraftCentro isn’t meant to reach every possible buyer for your handmade products, but rather increase your exposure with local buyers. We’re excited to be just one part of your success. One thing to note is that if you do sell the same product in multiple places, it will be really important for you to keep your CraftCentro inventories up-to-date at all times. Product listings that point buyers to buy from a different online source will not be allowed.
